As first-time seller, I was initially intimidated by the process. This was before I called Ben Graham on meeting Ben the first time he didn’t talk down to me after telling him “I don’t have a clue about this whole process…”, in fact, he came prepared with a calming and professional demeanor and spoke to me like we were buddies heading out for a drink. Ben will come across like your long-time neighbor, and that’s an added bonus. Next, they are no BS. If Ben doesn’t know, he will tell you, “I don’t know, but I’ll have an answer for you shortly.” He is as prepared as a professional in the field can be for any questions and concerns. Ben was great to work with in selling my mother in laws condo. Only a couple months previously, she had worked with a well advertised company making claims of selling within a certain period, and for more money that expecting. Well, none of that happened, no offers for 2 months, and the one offer that came through was well below what we ended up selling for with Ben. He made sure the property was presented well, with a virtual tour. He was informative of what to expect along the way, having informative emails about all the steps. The company name is just a name, its all about the agent, I would easily recommend Ben to work with as your agent.

Ben did amazing job for us. This market is very tough for the buyers. Ben knew the local market, was always available for us and was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
