I attempted to sell this unit five years ago in 2018 and was using one of the most prestigious real estate agencies in the area. The condo sat for over a year it was virtually no interest. I was not optimistic within moments of my introduction, phone call with Scott. I was contacted by his colleagues part of their process is immediately ensuring that you’re comfortable with the agent you’ve been assigned and Scott worked with his colleague Leslie Pritzker The results for Amazing it’s all very quickly for more than expected to get for it. They were a lot of complications. It was an older building. Leslie and Scott completely smooth over all of us and applied your professionalism, their commitment and their knowledge, and it turned out to be in a meeting and positive experience I said to Leslie Pritzker. “ what kind of magic did you use?” Leslie smiled and said “Well, we are just that good”. My husband and I couldn’t agree more.

What can I say? Kelsey couldn't have been any better in assisting my wife and me with our very first home. From our first meeting to closing time, Kelsey was highly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. This is all in addition to being a ROCKSTAR negotiator!!! All in all, I strongly believe my family and I would still be looking for a house if it wasn't for Kelsey. I HIGHLY recommend her.

Scott and his team went above and beyond is all aspects of the buying and selling process. As a young, single homebuyer (and seller), most of the jargon and necessary steps remained quite foreign and overwhelming, yet crucial to understand. They explained the processes and documents in layman's terms and answered all my many questions within hours. Given my demanding work schedule, it was difficult for me to make phone calls, schedule appointments, sign documents immediately, respond to emails, etc.,. Scott's team offered multiple solutions to these barriers and developed a plan conducive to my needs. I am still in awe of the work they did, their professionalism, responsiveness and extensive knowledge. I am forever grateful for their assistance with this entire process.

We chose Scott Lipschutz to help find us our first home - BEST decision! Scott's knowledge of the current market, dedication, and expertise helped us secure the second home we made an offer on! Working with Scott was easy, he is very responsive and was able to schedule appointments to see the homes we were interested in as soon as possible. This deal would have not happened without Ben. In a very, very tight market, he found a home that a buyer back out of because of a bad inspector review. But Ben called us and suggested we meet him at the home to walk through the report. In essence, the inspector's review was a joke. He dinged the seller on so many petty issues that are easily fixable. We walked through every single issue and got the house for $25k less than the original sale. Without Ben staying in the game and educating us, we would have missed this fantastic deal on the Main Line. Totally the result of working with a knowledgable agent who knows the market and understands real estate!
