Dario was recommended to be by a colleague that was also starting out with real estate investing. I’ve worked with multiple other agents in the past, but none really listened to my needs and the type of property I was after. He went above and beyond to help look at properties when I couldn’t as I was purchasing out of town, and always provided sound advice and knew a lot about the area. Will definitely continue working with him on future deals!

Dario was more than exceptional. Moving from one state 6hrs away back to our home state after living there 12yrs was a very stressful situation. We have never had to do “virtual walk thru’s” of a house we were purchasing but Dario made it like a walk in the park. He was AMAZING!! I don’t even know how to explain it. He was very patient, a great listener, understood how to make a stressful situation “stress free” and honestly became a friend I hope to see again. Dario goes the extra mile and doesn’t even blink an eye. Actually, I think my husband will miss talking to him almost “every day”??. Thank you Dario, we love u like “Fam”!!!!!! Hope to see u soon!!

Working with Dario was an exceptional experience. I bought an investment property with him representing. I was able to get this property below market price thanks to his negotiation skills/tactics.
