Working in a salon I meet a lot of realtors but when I met Tammy I asked her if she would be mine. She knows all of her stuff and gets things done fast! She was always communicating with me and guiding me through the process. She was also very flexible with showing me houses at later hours. She knows all of the right questions to ask to get you what you need. I adore her and would recommend her to anybody!

I bought a home in Sandusky, 4/2019, Tammy was awesome and took me to a ton of homes I requested to see. She was great thru every step of the process.

I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent than Tammy Frazier! She was very prompt in answering all of our questions and was very knowledgeable with the real estate process in getting us in our home!! If something needed corrected, she made sure all parties were aware of everything. To some extent she seemed to know more about the financing part than our actual mortgage company. Kinda funny but true even though it wasn't her area of expertise. Tammy has a very outgoing personality and was a joy to work with! Tammy was very knowledgeable of the area and helpful with the whole process. Whenever I had questions I called her cell phone and she either answered my questions right away or she called me back promptly. Overall it was a good experience.

Tammy has put up with a lot for us and we appreciate all she has done. This was our 2nd time working with Tammy and when you find a great realtor you stick with them. Thank you again Tammy!
