Beth Drake and Keller Williams Realty-What a great experience we recently had with Beth Drake while selling one home here on HHI and purchasing another. Beth, and her team at KW, made the work and stress of getting our home ready for sell an easy process, going far beyond what we expected in getting our home sold quickly and correctly priced with the market trends. And yes, Beth got us top dollar for our home. Once we spoke with Beth we knew we had the right realtor for us. She is a PRO and knows everything about HHI and Beaufort County. We also had a wonderful experience with Beth on the purchasing side. She was able to find my wife Sally and I our dream home and though we feel like this is our forever home we wouldn’t consider using any other realtor but Beth in the future. Our experience with Lauren is above exceptional. She was patient and provided great guidance from start to finish (and even after!). She went above and beyond and was able to negotiate an extra 15K in repairs that we would probably didn’t asked for. We highly recommend Lauren!

Lauren Dooley was so knowledgeable in the market. Few units similar to our Harbor Town, Calibogue Sound facing villa had been sold in recent years. Comparable prices were virtually non-existent. But through Lauren’s knowledge and due diligence, she was able to nail the exact price. Armed with a fair price and using her network of customers and agents she was able to get FULL asking price and a signed offer the first day our property went on the market. It was the simplist, cleanest, quickest deal we have made in the 20+ investment properties we have bought or sold over 20+ years. Lauren Dooley and the Beth Drake team are the best agency we have ever worked with.

Beth was amazing to work with and made the entire home buying process easy and stress free. Beth immediately exemplified why it is important to work with an experienced and reputable agent like herself by finding me my dream home before it even became available to the public. From there she was able to negotiate successfully for me, and her professional support team assisted with every facet of the closing process. Beth and her team go above and beyond to help with any part of the home buying process, including personally helping me to find vendors for some small touchups to my new home. I will definitely recommend using Beth to anyone that I know moving forward!!!

Lauren was wonderful to work with in the recent purchase of our home in Bluffton. We chose her largely because of her relocation expertise and are very glad we did! About a year before we were ready to buy, she took the time to meet with us, answer our questions, and understand our needs, budget, and timeline. Because we were moving from out of state, communication was key and Lauren was excellent at keeping in touch and being responsive throughout the process. Her knowledge of the local area was especially helpful for us, including excellent recommendations for other professionals (attorney, lenders, insurance brokers, locksmith, etc).
