Many thanks to Beth for touring us around the Marion and Mattapoisset areas of Massachusetts! Beth helped us get a feel for the area by showing us homes in many different price ranges, but even more helpful was her incredible knowledge of the area and the enthusiasm she exudes for the many sites and special beaches! Beth is very knowledgeable of the area, the market and the process of purchasing your home. She went thru the process with me very fluidly and helped me with any concerns immediately. Very friendly, pleasant but Knows her business and makes buying or selling a lot easier and more productive. I highly recommend working with Beth!

Beth was fantastic to work with - she was responsive, knew the town and market extremely well, and proactively made the negotiations as easy as possible. Because of her mastery of the Marion market, she was able to give us very specific comps and useful information about neighboring houses. She also worked seamlessly between the buyer and seller to eliminate duplicative efforts and keep the closing on track. We did not live in the town at the time and appreciated her being able to meet various contractors and other professionals at the home in our absence. Overall, we would enthusiastically recommend Beth to anyone looking in the area!
