Lanina was incredible throughout the process of buying our first home. We didn’t think we could buy a house and she helped prove us wrong. We bought the house of our dreams!! Look no further. La Nina is the total package when it comes to real estate agents. She represented us in buying a home. She is quick to act and her response times to our requested actions and any questions my wife and I had were unmatched. We have worked with a handful of agents in the past and La Nina's responsiveness far surpassed them all. It truly impressed us. She is outgoing and talks to the selling agent in person to get you all the details while you are walking through and viewing a potential home with her. Her local knowledge of the area and expertise in delivering a top quality service complete with reputable contacts (lender, inspector, etc) enabled her to find us the dream home we wanted at our price point, have it inspected thoroughly, and allowed us to secure a mortgage loan we are very pleased with. She recommended a superb lender and it made for such a wonderful experience for us and a breath of fresh air from all the usual paperwork that comes along with buying a home. La Nina fosters an environment where your voice is heard and responded to with expertise. She will go to bat for you with an entourage of negotiation skills smoothed over by a warm, inviting personality. She exhibits strength and professionalism in her deslings with other agents. She even negotiated for the seller to provide us a warranty on all appliances including the pool and its equipment which gave us peace of mind. Was very efficient very helpful . She gave us great advice on preparing house for sale, she even came over on a Sunday to take photos. She was great at always responding fast to whatever questions we had . We would definitely use her again and will refer her to our friends and family.

Betsy helped with the selling of our home in Murrieta and also with buying our next home in Beaumont. She is always eager to find you just the right home and makes sure you are 100% happy and satisfied with every aspect of your new home. She made the selling and buying process go smoothly!
