I would highly recommend the Harper team to anyone looking to seller their home, and or buy a house! Jason, Rachel, and Aden were all amazing to work with! They are knowledgeable and responsive with any and all questions we had throughout the entire process. As first time home sellers, they were patient answering and re-answering a lot of our questions and taking time to explain several of the processes. Do not look any further, just go with the Harpers!

Jason was great to work with in buying our home in TN from CA. He is knowledgeable and has experience moving from another state. He was able to keep track of our home building processes when we couldn’t be there, even sent an assistant to be there for a walk-through so we had representation. He was able to answer all questions, make suggestions so we looked at all options, and got us a home inspector. Jason even participated in the final walk-through identifying minor fixes before we took ownership. We hope to work with Jason again.

The Harper home team went above and beyond. Our house was sold in 1 day with over asking price, putting us into escrow with our dream home. 3 days before closing there were some unforeseen problems and if it wasn’t for Jason and Rachel’s educated and quick response we probably would have lost the deal. So we are forever grateful!

Jason and his team were great to work with an helped through every step of the process. Being from out of state, it was helpful to have someone with knowledge from my home state, while also having knowledge of my new destination. I will definitely recommend them to future clients and already have!

My wife and I decided to relocate from San Diego to middle Tennessee the beginning of this year. One of the agents for the moving company we were using recommended Jason and Rachel. They were very helpful and called occasionally to check-in and see how we were doing with the move and reminded us to contact them when we got into town so we could have a meeting and start looking at property. We moved to Middle Tennessee, rented for a while, and started looking at properties with Jason and Rachel. It couldn't have worked out better. They are good communicators, were excited to show us properties, and help us look around in different areas of middle Tennessee. One day we finally found the property that we were excited about being our next forever home. Jason and Rachel did an amazing job negotiating with the seller and making sure everything went smoothly and helped with the inspection. It was a very pleasant experience. I can't recommend Jason and Rachel enough, they did an excellent job!
