Betsy was fantastic to work with. She supported us through a difficult market to sell in, and we were able to reach an agreement that we were all happy with when we sold our house. She’s very knowledgeable about Missoula and the surrounding area, and has great working relationships with other realtors in the area. Would recommend her if you’re looking to sell in the Missoula area!

My name is Tim Rahn; I am a retired Army officer. My wife, Ann, and I have lived in multiple communities around the country, and dealt with many Real Estate Professionals. Betsy Milyard provided us with the finest, most professional Real Estate service we had experienced anywhere. Ann and I moved to Missoula in March, 2019 returning back to our home state to retire. Betsy went above and beyond to make sure our lot sold. We did not have our lot listed for long and ended up with a contract. Which is do to the profession ism of the photos of our place online. While under contract trying to close the deal. Betsy did most of the work while on vacation. She was able to close our deal while not in the office and on her personal time. I do recommend Betsy for you needs.

When I decided to list my home for sale I did research to developer a list of quality realtors . After interviewing 3 I chose Betsy because of her understanding of how I wanted the process to work so I could have a quality experience while selling my home. Betsy exhibited extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and gave me quality advise as to how to prepare my home for listing without tying up a lot of capital. Once the house was on the market Betsy kept me advised as to the results of potential buyers input until we had an offer for the property. Betsy negotiated the offer to obtain a fair price for my property and kept me advised thru out the negations. Once the offer was accepted Betsy followed the closing process and kept me advised as to my actions required to complete the sale in a timely manner. Betsy was a great choice and fit for the sale of my home!

As first-time home-buyers, we were overwhelmed, nervous and full of questions. Our mortgage lender recommended Betsy and, in retrospect, we were so lucky that was the case. Betsy and her associate, Sahra, immediately helped us scour the market for properties that would be a good fit for our family. They were both very responsive, attentive, and patient throughout the process. It made it so much less intimidating to have such knowledgeable professionals walking us through everything. We ended up with a house we absolutely love and we have both of them to thank!
