We did 2 transactions and would highly recommend. She listed and sold my house in a week. I also bought a house from her. She was always available but I tried to leave her alone on weekends.

Heather became a friend and a trusted professional we could rely on during our home search. She was always responsive, had great advise and put up with our crazy family as we search for a house that fit all our needs. She was always honest about what she thought about a house, used her connections to get further information when it was needed and had the same enthusiasm and diligence at the end of the process as she did at the beginning. She went the extra mile to make sure the smallest of details were correct so that we were not in a legal bind or out money because of repairs that were contracted before we bought our home. We have already told Heather that we are contemplating buying land as an investment and will only be using her services. In another 4-5 years we will definitely being calling her to find us a smaller house once our teens fly the coop. Thank you Heather for all you do and for who you are.

We have worked with more agents than I can remember, but now that we have found Rebecca, she will be the only one we go to in the future. Finally an agent that puts in the work and effort to earn their commission. There was never any question that Rebecca kept our best interest at the forefront of the transaction. Rebecca was born and raised in Montana and it shows in her knowledge and passion for the state which definitely translated to her knowledge of the market. Her warm and positive attitude combined with her professionalism not only make it easy and fun to work with Rebecca, but she was able to take the stress out of selling our home. Rebecca has a skill set above the rest and it is apparent every step of the way. It is even reflected in the work of her team. Our experience with Rebecca could not have been better. She elicited a level of comfort and confidence as we waded through a flurry of thoughts and questions before making the decision of a lifetime. The whole inquiry-to-closing process with her added to our overall experience by bridging the seller/buyer gap for us. Knowing exactly what we were getting and from whom was key and she helped orchestrate that beautifully.

A true professional. Rebecca and her team took us from start to finish. Addressing every obstacle. We had a house that was owned equally by 4 different owners. There are built in obstacles on a property like that because of the different opinions of the owners. She addressed all of these issues and others with professionalism.
