Beverly is the true definition of a hardworking, most compassionate, most patient realator that doesn’t stop until her client has found their most perfect home. Even if that search takes over THREE YEARS, which it did in our case. Not once did Beverly’s determination waver from finding us our dream home. In this real estate market, with all the crazy bidding wars, and losses on offers ine after the other, Beverly gave us the motivation and belief that the perfect house was out there waiting for us. And one Jan 19, 2024, that perfect house became ours. We are very grateful for having Beverly on our side during our search and even now while we renovated and starting to settle in. Beverley was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. She always did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents. She is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents. Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Beverley. I would highly reccomnd her services to all our friends and family.

Working with Beverley is just a wonderful experience. She helped us through a very long process (1.5 years) due to COVID and other complications. She provided service above and beyond what anyone might reasonably expect. She had a team of contractors in place to help with repairs and renovations that were needed on a condo that hadn't been kept up. This was an estate sale and since we lived out of state and too far away, she found us a local lawyer who was also fabulous. The condo sold for more than we expected. She is also an extremely nice person and very easy to work with. We would recommended her with absolutely no hesitation. We cannot speak highly enough of her as a person and and a real estate professional.

The best agent ever! She took care of everything. I was selling my father’s home and I live in another state. She arranged the cleaning out of the house (she did much of the work personally). She arranged for all the inspections and oil tank removal and she was there so I didn’t have to travel. She even found a couple of people to do the “heavy lifting” and make minor repairs. She also hand delivered some forms to the attorney. Best part was the house closed in under 3 weeks from going on the market and more than the appraised price. She is simply AMAZING. I am so grateful she was my agent.

It was a pleasure to work with Beverley! We initially asked Beverley to handle two estate sales and when we decided to sever ties with a different Realtor, it was a no-brainer to request Beverley handle two additional estate property sales. Beverley's patience endured through several complicated transactions, which included negligent attorneys, runaway Buyers and menacing tenants, all of which lasted for almost a year. At one point, despite Beverley having endured a slip and fall, she still demonstrated commitment with early morning/late night phone calls and administration. Beverley was a thoughtful and resourceful problem solver with whom I am happy to have formed a relationship. I will continue to recommend Beverley to people in my network.

Beverley is an AMAZING realtor who goes above and beyond her required responsibilities. She is dedicated and works extremely hard to ensure any property she takes on is marketed and sold according to the needs of her client. She extends herself as a thought partner in the process and is indeed a "closer". She is very experienced and knows the market. Worth every cent!
