If you are looking to buy, Tyler is the guy! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on all counts throughout our entire house search. He responded right away, showed us every house we wanted to look at either the same day or the next day, gave us his opinion on the property, showed up to every appointment early and took his time showing us every house. When it came to the actual transaction, he was so helpful with every question I had. We ended up closing in 29 days! It was such a smooth transaction and we have Tyler to thank for that!

Tyler was an amazing hands down 5 stars! Tyler helped us buy our first home! Tyler was quick to respond to any questions we had regarding our process in finding the perfect home, during the closing process and even after we had finished closing on our new house. Tyler has a great knowledge skillset and made communicating with the sellers a breeze! We told Tyler what we were looking for, regarding area, the style of the house, any concerns we had, and distances we had in looking for our perfect home, all within our price range and Tyler found the perfect fit! Also worth mentioning how during our inspections of the houses we visited Tyler was pointing out important details between various minor concerns to be aware of, to awesome work and add ons made to the properties we viewed, some things some new home owners may easily overlook. Tyler did an excellent job from start to finish. We will definitely be recommending Tyler and The Anen Group Realty for anyone looking to sell or buy a home!

I met Tyler at an open house and he has been amazing in helping me in my home search. He is incredibly responsive and thorough with my inquires, and has gone above and beyond by reaching out to acquire additional information about properties when needed (e.g., zoning maps, etc). I greatly appreciate that he has organized private showings when requested, and drives a fair bit out of the way to help me out. But really, the communication is top notch and as someone shopping for a home I feel like he very much values me as a client. He also has brought up a number of considerations about the homes we have looked at that I never would have considered. Very happy to be working with Tyler!!

Shawn helped my parents sell their home at the best price and terms in a very short time frame! He is patient, kind, professional, and detailed. Although our first buyer didn't work out due to no fault of Shawn or his team, he immediately relisted and quickly delivered another buyer at better price and terms. We met with many other agents but Shawn really stood out. His positive attitude makes communication with him very pleasant, and he is quick to respond and assist with any questions. We found his market knowledge to be more thorough than any other agent we met with, and really advocated for the value of the home. Thanks to Shawn and his team, my parents are happily enjoying their retirement!

Tyler's responsiveness was steller, no matter the time of day or night. Any listing we were interested in, he would quickly provide a status, and if still available, would schedule a viewing asap. Tyler always made himself available around our schedule to accommodate as best as possible. His knowledge in the market conditions help us tremendously in making our decision. He kept us fully informed of each step of the process, as this was our first home purchase and did not know what to expect. We truly gained a new friend in Tyler throughout our home search/buying process and would recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor.
