I was moving from Denver to Conway South Carolina. I got Bill through zillow, and I t9ld him what I was looking for and price ranges. He quickly draft me up houses in my price range and locations not in flood zone was also provided without me asking. When I arrived to see the house, Bill took the time to show me the houses I requested to see, tell me a little about each location. Bill will was very helpful with the process of buying a home, he will do virtual tours of some of the houses, even the same day sometimes. I decided on a new build house, and everything was closes smoothly in December of 2021. Very kind and helpful. Thank you again Bill.

Bill is terrific! We owned a vacation condo but wanted a house. For months he helped us look for a home in Myrtle Beach! We lived in another state at the time and anytime we were planning a trip to our Myrtle Beach condo, he made himself available to look at many homes In our short stay.We decided to buy a home further south instead and he put us in touch with the perfect match of real estate agents.
