Bill is the greatest realtor on the planet! He has been really fun to buy property with. He has a super positive and funny personality, and has had me laughing to tears at times! My real estate transactions have gone perfectly. I even have the email of me becoming the new owner turned into a Christmas ornament. When topic of easement over a property came up, Bill handled it like Magic, and all kept going forward beautifully. Bill helped me find a really sweet mortgage person who was also great. Bill knows Hawaii very well. Bill is a person of Aloha! Bill has definitely contributed to my great love for Hawaii.

I live on the mainland, but am retiring and contemplating a move to the Big Island. Bill has been helpful, informative and responded to my every request. I'm looking forward to working with him as soon as I get there.

We met Bill by happy chance. Having just moved to the Big Island, we were walking Leilani Estates and saw a property for sale, called the name on the sign and sadly, the property was under contract, luckily for us, the name on the sign was Bill's. We worked Bill hard for the next month or so, showing us many homes, answering countless questions, cheerfully accepting our decision to pass on one house we declined in inspection, etc.. Through the entire process, Bill was the embodiment of Aloha, cheerful, funny, welcoming, full of great stories and much useful information for a first time Hawaii buyer. Oh, I almost forgot, after all this we did buy our piece of paradise and are elated. Could not recommend Bill highly enough.

I love Bill Parecki! He is really really really awesome. He has helped me with 2 home purchases in Hawaii. He made it really fun to do the real estate purchase. He is really great with various hurdles (such as with bank lender) such that any little glitch was NO BIG DEAL and he made these FUN rather than stressful. Bill is intelligent, gives great advice that I appreciate and trust; he had my interests always as #1. He is honest, sincere, reliable, dedicated and one of the kindest persons on earth. I highly enjoy working with Bill and look forward to more fun and successful transactions! He is the BEST!!!!!!

Bill is amazing; he knows the real estate market, he priced our property right, and he sold it in less than a month. He is a fantastic agent, skilled, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, talking to Bill is like talking to a friend. He was always there for us from start to finish and he made the process of selling very easy. We highly recommend Bill for all your real estate purchases and sales.
