Howard is an outstanding people-oriented realtor. I called him based on reviews, and my husband and I weren't disappointed. Born and raised in Hilo, I now live in Virginia (military husband). My parents passed away a few years ago, and the task to sell the house near Hilo seemed overwhelming. Anyway, Howard helped me sell the house in only a few months. We had to line up many fixes and upgrades, but he was so helpful and knowledgeable in guiding us through the process. We were very impressed with his responsiveness, attention to detail, helpfulness, and professionalism. The whole process (listing, document checks, house prep, follow-ups, etc.) had a few bumps along the way, but Howard took care it. We are very happy about how it went. Howard is top-notch. Would recommend him to anyone.

Howard did an excellent job helping us find our new home in Hawaii. He worked tirelessly visiting and filming each home we were interested in and went through each home in a meticulous manner. He knew the area quite well and provided many tips and suggestions relating to the features, and benefits of each home and vice versa.
