We had the pleasure of working with Howard while we were living in Europe and searching for a property in Hawaii. Despite the significant time difference, he went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Howard dedicated an incredible amount of time and energy researching and visiting properties on our behalf. Howard is an outstanding people-oriented realtor. I called him based on reviews, and my husband and I weren't disappointed. Born and raised in Hilo, I now live in Virginia (military husband). My parents passed away a few years ago, and the task to sell the house near Hilo seemed overwhelming. Anyway, Howard helped me sell the house in only a few months. We had to line up many fixes and upgrades, but he was so helpful and knowledgeable in guiding us through the process. We were very impressed with his responsiveness, attention to detail, helpfulness, and professionalism. The whole process (listing, document checks, house prep, follow-ups, etc.) had a few bumps along the way, but Howard took care it. We are very happy about how it went. Howard is top-notch. Would recommend him to anyone.
