Simply Fantastic!!! Every single step of the way. An amazing team who work diligently to get you through the process as painlessly and effortlessly as possible. Selling from a distance could not have gone better. They coordinate anything and everything you need. Always responsive and always helpful. You feel like you have family in the real estate business.

When I bought in 2017, Bill was very responsive and worked very hard to help me find my home. I will give him that credit. When I decided to sell that home in 2021, I became extremely disappointed with Bill because as a first time buyer-seller, I hoped to be guided in what to do to prepare. Bill totally dropped the ball in giving me proper advice in getting the house inspected, so that when buyers came, there were many things needing repair that I was unprepared for. The result was missed market entry, buyer pull out, and subsequent lowball sale price as market slid into chaos (don't blame Bill for that part). I think he is getting too old for this perhaps. I also realized later that he failed to advise me on many aspects of the house that were amiss when I bought it.

We worked with Bill and Betsy for close to six months looking for our perfect home. Bill’s patience, local knowledge and expertise were invaluable in helping us work out our priorities, must-haves and nice, but not essential, attributes of our prospective home. I have lost count of the number of properties Bill showed us over the summer and fall. Bill was fantastic at providing an unbiased perspective and being a great sounding board while finding our home. We never felt any pressure to pursue any property that we were not 110% certain was the right one. Once we found the perfect home, Bill and Betsy worked through the whole, offer, contract, escrow and closing process in an efficient manner and were always available and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had along the way. We would not hesitate to use Bill and Betsy again in the future for our realtor needs. They are exceptional people.

WOW! Where do I start. From the moment we saw Betsy, and her kind smiling face we knew we found the person we wanted to help us find our perfect home. The more we talked with Betsy, and shared laughter and our very realistic desires of what we wanted in a home Betsy went right to work! Her knowledge of how to help you make any home she shows you an AMAZING home is incredible! What a gift! I call her the Joanna Gaines of the Northwest! Betsy went above and beyond, clear up and even after we found our home! She made sure we were happy and pleased with this huge but incredible purchase we made... a purchase that we will grow old in while creating beautiful memories. I would also dare to believe we made a friend! With me being a person from the Midwest and from the "Show Me State" Betsy definitely showed us the charm and stunning beauty that Nevada City has to offer! No matter if you are single, have a family or are a couple Nevada City has everything to offer you in a home. We love our home and everyday I wake up I smile deep inside and give thanks for not only meeting Betsy, but for her showing us the home we fell In love with. Just to show how positive thinking works I had a vision board and when I unpacked it I found where I had put a home just like ours on it. Thank you Betsy, for making a dream come true and for the amazing kindness you showed us with so much positivity and laughter along the way!

We have bought and sold a lot of properties and rarely run across realtors as conscientious, ethical and hard working as Bill Rose and Betsy Hamilton. They helped us on our search for an investment property and were always available anytime there was a property that we wanted to see. Once they helped us find the perfect property to buy, they were there every step of the way to ensure the process went quickly and smoothly.
