Lauri was amazing. We called her with a list of houses to see in two days because we were coming from out of town…. She managed to get us into all (9) of them in one day, with ample time at and between each location. We were first time home buyers and had no clue how this process worked - Lauri guided us through each step and helped us find our perfect house! 10/10 experience!

Shayna is very knowledgeable and reachable and responsive. Does excellent job photographing and marketing property and following up on feedback. She attends all showings she can which really makes a difference

Shayna was so great to work with. She was both our broker and the seller's broker. Never at any time did I feel she was not serving everyone's best interest while going through the process of our home transaction. She helped us navigate the area of Maine by providing us with the names and numbers of reputable tradesman and local authorities. She knew the locations of places we needed to go without having the addresses in front of her. She never hesitated to show us the house and get answers to questions we had. She assisted us in making sure we were able to close quickly and professionally with just the right title company and in a location that was perfect for us. Anytime, I sent her an e-mail, I knew she would respond very quickly with the information I needed. All the above is just some of the experience we had working with Shayna. She is incredibly friendly and open. She genuinely wants you to find the property that you will love and accommodates the needs of her clients. If I were to ever need a realtor's services again, she is the first person I would contact. I cannot recommend her highly enough. We have already met a couple of our neighbors, and they also both said very nice things about Shayna as well. She has a brand new office in Lubec. Check her out and you will not be disappointed! Dax has been an absolute asset for my wife and I who were buying coastal property from out of state. He listened to our wants and sent only well researched options. Once we had the property under contract, he met us in town to drive us to the property which included a ferry ride and to make sure that we understood what owning and enjoying coastal Maine entails. His experience and expertise helped bring peace of mind that we were making the right purchase for us.
