Rebecca is an amazing realtor and I was referred to her from a friend that is also in the Keller Williams R.E. family. She is extremely easy to work with because of her years of experience in the field and competence about everything related. She cares about her clients whether selliing their home or helping them find the right home that they are looking for. She listens and advises along the way in the process and also stays engaged with updates and follows through until settlement and beyond. I have purchased a few homes using Rebecca and have also referred her to many close friends and colleagues because I trust her and appreciate her 100% effort each and every time.

Rebecca goes above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible. She listens and gives valuable experience input. What we loved about Rebecca was how she made us feel from the first meeting till we signed the paperwork selling hour home. She made us feel like family and that we our voice mattered. I highly recommend Rebecca!

Rebecca did a great job throughout the process of the sale of our home. She kept us well informed along the way and her knowledge of the area and the local market and what to expect during the process was better than we anticipated. We highly recommend her.

Bradley Absher, Keller Williams True North Group, is a part-time, inexperienced realtor with poor communication and client representation skills. Also, he doesn’t work evenings and weekends. Throughout, Brad lacked professional skepticism and would not timely respond to text or email messages, required us, the sellers to write responses for contract addendum and all responses to the buyer’s realtor. Brad solidified our feelings towards his ability to be a reputable realtor, by not showing up for closing and not informing us that he wouldn’t be present. Worse realtor experience we ever had in selling 5 houses.

Katelyn went above and beyond her duties as a realtor. Very responsive and she knows the local market very well. Kately found home that we bought before it was on the market and once we submitted our offer, Katelyn negotiated with the seller's agent to ensure our offer was the best and stood out. Her recommendations around what to put in the offer were the reason we won the home! 10/10 would use Katelyn again!
