We wanted to work with a local realtor who knew about our particular market. Brandon was able to list our house for a competitive price. We had nine showings and six offers in one day. I have known and worked with Brandon for over 10 years. He and his team have managed my rental property and when I decided to sale he was my go to. Within a few hours of listing my property he provided a ranked list of offers. Through the contract, inspection, and closing process, Brandon was my play caller since I was out of state. He managed every detail and repair navigating all the way to closing. He is honest, trustworthy, and understands and knows that market better than anyone and I wouldn’t do business with anyone else in that area.

I would recommend Brandon to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Coastal Georgia area! He was very honest and upfront and when asked he gave great advice and was never pushy. He also took amazing photos of my house to include an areal shot showing the neighborhood. My family was very impressed by his professional pictures. I really can’t say enough good things about Brandon. As a first-time buyer in 2011, he sold us our first home. He is very knowledgeable about the housing market in the area, endlessly patient, professional and extremely generous with his time. He kept us updated about the process which made our first home buying experience a breeze. When it was time for me to sell 7 years later, I went with him and the experience was even better. I got multiple offers within a week and I closed on my home in less than 3 months. Brandon is the guy you are looking for!!!

We were in town for 2-3 hours, looked at three houses, and made an offer before returning home. Brandon carried the ball from there through the (long distance) closing. He did the final walk-through for us. Brandon is a complete professional and provides excellent customer service. Thanks to him we're ready to ease into retirement. He is highly recommended!!!
