We highly recommend the Heather Murphy Group to anyone searching for a home near Savannah! We loved working with Brandy Jenkins she’s such an amazing realtor she was super sweet, friendly and super helpful, She helped my husband and I find our first home in Savannah while we were all the way in CO Brandy walked us through the entire process and she was quick to respond to any questions that we had, no matter the time of day! Melissa was very knowledgeable and trustworthy throughout the process. My wife and I were moving to the Fort Stewart area from out of state and she was always very prompt with sending us home videos and honest with the facts about the houses she was showing us. She wasn’t just trying to sell us a house, she made sure that the house would work for our family. She negotiated a great sale price, navigated a challenging lender and listing agent, got us a new hvac system, and helped fix our dishwasher that the sellers were supposed to fix before we closed but neglected to do so.

Carol Anne is a master of her craft, hands-down. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly and effective. Every step of the process from first inspection to final closing was handled beautifully. She priced my house at a level that received multiple, competing offers almost immediately and it closed within three weeks of her taking it on. It couldn't have gone more beautifully!
