I too wish it was zero stars. We knew we had a problems when: We live out of state and he recommends a guy to do some work on our house. For 2,200 dollars we had to hire another contractor to redo everything but paint our living room. Another, I told him the house was not ready for the first inspection. Brandon sent them anyway. When I asked why...he said I didn't tell him exactly not to. What exactly does the house is not ready mean? At this time I asked to be let out of our contact and he said NO and laughed. We asked Brandon what we would walk away with when our house sold not once but, 16 separate documented times. Everytime he told us the same amount. Even after he had the payoff amount he wrote back quoting the same amount. On closing he was over 10,000 off. I had to correct the paperwork 5 times including what the house was being sold for on the closing paperwork! Each time I caught something it was never his fault. What is a realtor for? We got a lawyer and she was left scratching her head at what he wrote and left in voicemails. She did advise us on what we needed to do and who had to inform. Which we are doing now. We had other options then selling our home in the beginning...hind sight is 20/20 though. I found him through a national radio show. How he handled the sale of our home he has been removed from their list. We live in a different state and it was so difficult dealing with him. I hope this may save others from what experience we had with him. His write up on his website is not how we found him to be.

Brandon helped me find my ideal townhouse and at a good price! Brandon was very knowledgeable about the industry and pricing. I wanted a townhouse with a good location that would be ideal for renting in the future and he helped me find the perfect one in Waukee.

Brandon is the best real estate agent in the state of Iowa. Stop looking for a realtor because he is your guy! He literally showed me homes for YEARS before I purchased a home. How many realtors would do this for their clients?? Pick up your phone and call him! He isn't pushy, he knows the market, and he is cool on top of it all!

This real estate company has held $6,600 in trust for months with no valid contract to do so. We are supposed to meet this week, but this issue is almost 3 months old already. They are unresponsive to our contact request. Be very careful with dealing with Brandon Johnson, that is if you can even get someone to answer the phone. I would never trust them to do any satisfactory work.
