Toni went above and beyond the call of duty to sell this house. I reside in Las Vegas, NV, and the home was located in Lorimor, IA. Toni was my eyes and ears through the entire sale. The house needed complete renovation and she guided me through the process, then sold the house. Well done.

I ran Toni all over Winterset looking for homes, after a long search we finally found our home. Toni was very patient with me and always worked around my schedule, she is caring and devoted, she really knows her business. I highly recommend Toni for your agent, you will not be disappointed. Bill

I had the pleasure of working with Toni Tindle as the Secretary at Covered Bridge Realty. I also worked in Creston, Iowa with other Brokers and Real Estate Agents as a Personal Assistant to a Broker/Owner so I have dealt with numerous Agents. Toni Tindle was by far THE BEST Associate Broker/Agent that I have ever worked with. <br/><br/>Toni spent countless hours doing her "homework" to find the best properties for her Buyers, went to bat for them and followed through if something didn't go smoothly during their closing process (which unfortunately happens in Real Estate.) Toni honestly loves being in Real Estate to help people and does so wholeheartedly and gives up a lot of her personal time to make sure everything is done exactly the way it should be to protect the financial and legal well-being of her Clients.<br/><br/>Toni was also great with her Selling Clients and made sure they were comfortable with the entire Listing and Selling process (which all homeowners know can be very stressful!) Toni always made sure that everything was taken care of during that time and manages to market and sell properties that a lot of other Real Estate Agents wouldn't look twice at Listing.
