Jessica Auch has been a wonderful real estate professional to work with! She and her team helped me sell my home and buy a new one. On the selling side, she advised us every step of the way, and in return, we sold our home in 24 hours for the full asking price! On the buying end, she took the time to listen to what we wanted in a new home, and helped us to understand how far we our price limit could get us. I have lived all over the country, and have used many different realtors who have shown me basically the same house over and over. Jessica instead listened to our wants and needs, and narrowed down potential homes so that we didn't waste our time. I really appreciated that! She was willing to take us all over the Des Moines metro area showing us houses, and was truly our advocate when we would view them. She noticed potential concerns with each property, so that we would look at each house with our eyes wide open and not just rely on emotional connection. When we finally settled on our current home, she was again with us through the entire negotiation and inspection, and in the end, we are so happy! Throughout the entire selling and buying process, Jessica was our true advocate, and if we ever move again, she will be the realtor we call!

Shauna has been an outstanding person to partner with us to find homes to look at. We send her listings we are looking at and she responds quickly and will get a showing scheduled as quickly as possible. She listens to our needs, helps us find additional listings and never suggests a listing that doesn't meet the criteria we need. She is friendly, easy to work with and just recently walked us through the purchase process. We couldn't have asked for a better person to partner with us to help walk us through this process. Shauna is a Rockstar! She helped us sell our home at a price we were very happy with despite rapidly changing market due to sharp increase in interest rates. She was very communicative at each stage of the process and quick to respond every time we had a question. We had moved out of town and she handled all the inspections and subsequent fixes that needed to be done in our house. We really appreciated her help, guidance and knowledge of the market.

I am a very busy person who did not think I would have time to sell a home that just brought financial burden to my life but Sam found a way. He is amazing with handling things that he can on his own while keeping you informed on what is needed. He was flexible with his time and always able to give me up-to-date information on the selling process. I could not have asked for a better agent through this tough time.
