We therefore set an aggressive price, and got it! Brandy was extremely professional, patient and helpful through the whole process, and her resources at Carriage Properties allowed her to quickly and effectively communicate our listing to the right market. She was always on top of every detail to ensure a smooth process all the way to closing. Her investment of time and resources to facilitate our sale went far beyond our expectations. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

I truly can't say enough good things about Brandy Keener! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional in all matters pertaining to the Charleston real estate market. She helped us find a home in an extremely competitive market which took about one full year. So I should probably add persistence and patience to her list of attributes. She actually made a very stressful house search much easier.

Brandy advised us on how best to prepare the condo for sale. She knew the market very well and suggested a price that was higher than we anticipated. The condo went on the market on a Friday morning, and we had a signed contract for $5,00 more than the asking price by Saturday night. She was very responsive and helpful in answering all our questions. It was a pleasure having her help us.

Word of mouth is the best advertising, and that's how I was connected to Brandy when I was looking for a home in Charleston. Brandy had worked very successfully with my brother and sister-in-law on several real estate deals, and now I know why they are so loyal to her. Brandy is an exceptional realtor. She knows Charleston neighborhoods and home values inside and out. She has years of experience in real estate, so she is a master at the game and at helping customers understand options and thus the right choices to make. She has a math education that gives her incredible analytical and negotiation skills. She is tenacious but has the emotional intelligence to keep buyers and sellers calm and rational. When you work with her you also gain access to her amazing connections with every kind of professional associated with real estate. All that and she's just plain fun to be with and work with. She found my dream home for me in a matter of weeks and it wasn't even on the market yet, so I can vouch that she also is a miracle worker. I highly recommend Brandy and will be working with her again if I ever need to buy or sell property in Charleston.
