My family and I have dreamed of owning a vacation home in the Truckee area for years. We met Breck Overall at a home opening, hit it off from the start, and built a strong partnership which made our dream come true. Breck’s superior market knowledge and incredible patience were critical in us deciding on our investment. We are thrilled with our new vacation home, many thanks to Breck!

My wife and I recently got married in Tahoe and with family in the area we were hoping to buy a home in Truckee. Our family recommended Breck and Jeff to help us find a home and they really came through! Our first time out with Breck looking at homes he really listened to the things we liked and disliked in each place and took note. One day he contacted us and let us know that he "found our home." Since we were living in the Bay Area Breck even went to the house he found for us and Facetimed us to show us. We came up that weekend saw the house and put an offer in. Throughout the process Breck and Team provided super fast communication, excellent expertise in the market, and an overall amazing home buying experience. We have been living in our home for a few months now and Breck could not have been more correct when he initially told us that he found the house for us. We hope to be in this house for a while, but if/when the time comes we will absolutely contact Breck for help with our next home. Thanks again Breck!!

Breck and his team did an outstanding job in helping us sell our Tahoe Donner home. Their professionalism and communication during the process was remarkable! Breck's knowledge of the market and the resources available to him helped us sell our home in less than 30 days, where previously it had been on the market with another broker for over three months. The weekly Activity updates were very helpful too! We would definitely recommend Breck and his team to prospective buyers or sellers looking to purchase or sell a home or property in the future!!

Breck came to us highly recommended and it didn’t take long to understand why: it took no more than 10 days from our first meeting with him to finding the perfect property and getting an offer accepted. Him and his team made the escrow process stress-free: they were always available to answer questions as they came up and to represent us in a timely manner when we wanted to engage with the seller.
