Born in Henrico, Virginia, Bree now lives in Powhatan, Virginia with her husband Justin, their daughter Rose, son Jameson, and cats- Mako & Mochi. Bree loves to try different wineries in Charlottesville and loves spending time with her family. Her favorite thing to do in Richmond is to try the different restaurants around town and travel to the parks and monuments and enjoy the history. Bree has a passion for leadership and mentorship and does that in her spare time. She also loves to volunteer at her church and spend time in fellowship.

Bree was amazing! As first time home buyers, my significant other and I didn’t have a clue of what to look for or where to start. Bree showed us around to multiple places when we were on the fence about buying or renting and worked hard to give us options that matched our preferences. She gave her honest opinions on every place we looked at, and helped us for months when we decided to go with a new build that involved many appointments and meetings over the course of six months, all of which she would come to. She would call and text us regularly to make sure we were happy and saw to any issue being resolved for us right away when they arose. Bree made the whole experience better all around. She’ll always be in your corner, communicate with you every step of the way, and make your home buying experience enjoyable!

Bree was fantastic from beginning to end. She went above and beyond with communication and negotiating. One of the most impressive aspects of her service was her responsiveness. She was always prompt to respond to my texts and calls which alleviated much of the stress. Her knowledge and expertise made the selling process go smoothly.
