My husband and I are getting our home of 26 years in North Berwick, Maine ready to list for sale. Brenda has given us valuable advice, insight and information regarding the market in our area and what we need to do to sell our home as well as informing us of market values of land available in the town we wish to move to. Brenda was so attentive and caring. Always honest and completely on our side every step of the way. She was truly amazing. Our purchase almost didn't happen at least twice, at no fault of hers. She was always comforting and supportive. Her bank referral is what saved our sale. Went above and beyond and worked with the listing broker to make sure everything went well.

Brenda was very patient with us through the entire home buying situation. She helped with keeping track of the bank preople to move the process along smoothly. We listed our house with Brenda in 2011 and her knowledge and expertise was amazing. The pictures and write up brought several buyers. Unfortunately we had to take our house off the market due to family emergency. Brenda had kept in touch with us and we would not list our house with anyone but Brenda when we are ready sometime this year.
