We have purchased and sold a number of homes over the years in various locations and have experienced working with a number of realtors in doing so. Trust us when we say that Samantha is wonderful! She works hard and is very knowledgeable about the housing market in a number of neighborhoods. She is incredibly responsive to our questions and requests. Samantha is extremely patient and kind yet she will also go to bat for you to attain the best deal possible. She is a wealth of information and she will get you answers quickly. We couldn't be more pleased to have chosen Samantha to work with us and we highly recommend meeting her and see for yourself!

Marty is amazing and knowledgable. We bought our first home with Marty and she was kind, understanding, warm and friendly. She made sure we understood the process and guided us in making sure we got what we wanted. Marty was always available and responded to our requests/ questions timely. Working with Marty really made the experience very pleasant, and I would recomend her to anyone looking for a realtor in SW Florida.

So I found the Sheets Team while searcing for real estate agents in Cape Coral as they came highly recommended from all the reviews i read and all i can say is Excellent. They were so helpful with every aspect of buying a home down here and i couldn't be more appreciative. From all the listings all the way down to the closing they were there to help.They really care about what they do and the client they are working with during the whole process. So a big huge Thank You to them for maken my purchase go as smoothly as possible and i highly recommend them when you begin your search. 5 stars to them.

Brenda, Marty’s wife, responded right away when we called out of the blue to put in an offer after we saw a condo we loved at an open house. She strategized how to make the best chances of the owners accepting our offer with timing before another open house. She has a wealth of resources, setting up an inspection and recommending the wind mitigation to lower our insurance. She’s a problem solver with helping us negotiate with the buyer to cover the issues that came out of the inspection. I would highly recommend her to work with.
