I started the process of buying a FSBO home without a realtor. After realizing I was in way over my head, Brenda came to my rescue! She was always available to answer every question I had, and removed all of the stress of buying a home. Her negotiating skills also went above and beyond my expectations!

I am a first-time home buyer. Brenda was immensely helpful in guiding me through the process and giving honest advice along the way. She was always very friendly and professional, and quick to respond to texts and phone calls. She took the time to get to know me and my family, and was able to personalize my home search based on this. She helped me remain optimistic despite having a couple of my offers rejected. Additionally, she helped me navigate some tricky negotiations on my eventual home when the seller gave counter-offers to multiple buyers. Overall, she was a joy to work with and I am very happy in my new home.

Working with Brenda was the best decision we could have ever in regards to our home. She made the process of purchasing and selling a home seamless. Even when we encountered a few hiccups along the way, she was ready to do anything to make sure that we were able to stay on the timeline we had discussed. In this quickly moving housing market, she was always very fast in following up with questions we had in regards to listings, pointed out things we may have missed during showings and communicated in a way that made us feel valued and heard. We were never made to feel as if we were just a "dollar sign", but instead felt like she was on the journey to find our dream home right alongside us. Whenever my husband or I hear that a friend is listing their home we always will throw in "Have we told you about our realtor Brenda?"

My wife and I love Brenda! She knew Appleton and the surrounding area like the back of her hand. She was helpful in every way imaginable! She’s knowledgeable, always got back to us within seconds. We knew she had a lot of clients but she always acted like we were her only client. She caught on to the kind of houses we were going for real quick. She made a bunch of suggestions and gave us insight on some places that we may not like. She was very friendly and was willing to travel far to show us houses. I couldn’t imagine having a better realtor and I highly recommend her to everyone. There’s no way we would be owning our dream home if it wasn’t for her!
