I would recommend John to anyone. He’s very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about the market. He assisted me with buying my first house. He was able to help guide me through things to look for when buying a house. Things that I wouldn’t even think of. Through all the tours we went on he always kept my best interests in mind. He never tried to persuade me into buying a property that had major issues with it. There was one property that was freshly renovated that I loved but after touring it he was able to identify leaks in the ceiling from the upstairs all the way down to the basement level. He even knew what was causing it due to his previous experience flipping houses. He talked me out of offering to buy that house because of the underlying issues it could cause. After spending a few months looking in this competitive market, going on many tours, discussing and making offers we found a property. It was a spur of the moment thing. He knew the type of property that I wanted and scheduled the tour the day of through his connections. We were able to communicate with the seller and had an accepted offer within the hour. He went above and beyond. I was nervous about something not appraising right and he talked to the seller and went in and cleaned up the house. He even was very helpful in the post closing aspects of buying the house. Giving referrals for services and setting everything up. It was a blessing working with John. He’s so dependable and honest. If I move again I’ll be contacting him!

John Foss was truly fantastic to work with. I met John in our veteran community and asked him to help me sell my home to move back to my home state of West Virginia. John did everything to sell my house within 1 month! We received an offer on the first day of showing and for exactly what we listed my house for. I can't THANK John enough! If you are looking for a house and/or selling, I highly recommend John, he'll work hard to get it done!!!
