Shout out to Katy Hare! A true Rock Star Realtor Who Goes Above and Beyond! Where do I even begin? Katy is bright, bubbly and overall… just an absolute delight. I worked with Katy when searching for my home in 2021 where she helped facilitate the deal of a century for me. She truly is a master negotiator. Therefore, when I suddenly needed to relocate for work, I of course called upon Katy again. I was motivated to sell in a not-so-great winter housing market however, I knew I was in good hands. Katy went above and beyond in ways I never expected. Her knowledge of local markets and personal connections are unmatched. Selling a house is stressful, but this expert made it feel like a breeze. First off, the marketing? Absolutely sizzling. My listing had everything. The professional photos made my home look like it belonged in a magazine. The property description left potential buyers drooling with the details the photos could not provide. My house had more traffic than a Black Friday sale, and within one day, I had accepted an offer for above asking. But it wasn't just about the sale – it was about the experience. Being that I moved across the country, I was not able to oversee the resolution of issues found during the inspection. Katy coordinated everything and communicated every step of the way. She patiently answered every question I had, and arranged all issues to be fixed quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Not to mention, Katy was always available. Whether it was early mornings, late nights, or even Christmas Eve, she was there to keep everything on track for a 30-day closing period. Further, when the buyers decided not to buy the riding lawn mower at the last minute (20 minutes before closing and remember, I was 1200 miles away), she personally loaded it up and had it sold for more than what the buyers were willing to pay, all within 24 hrs.
