It was an absolute pleasure working with Jim to find out new home. We were undecided on what we were looking for in the beginning and Jim took his time to show us many homes and walk through are options at every step. Never once did we feel pressured or rushed, and he proved to always had our best interest in mind. In all honesty I can't imagine going to anyone else on our next home purchase. Thanks again Jim!

Jim definitely rates 5 stars. We didn't know quite what we wanted in a house and Jim was informative and patient through the whole experience. Best of all, he is familiar with such a large area of the state that he was able to help us way out of our originally intended search area. It was a BIG PLUS to have one realtor that could show us multiple listings throughout the Ozarks. I would definitely recommend his services.

Over the last 50 years I have moved numerous times and have had to sell a home all but once. Of all those Agents, Dylan Stanley stands far above the rest. In 2021,he sold our 120 year old house, located in a small Arkansas town. Within hours of listing we started getting contracts, many that were far above listing price. He knows how and where to list the property. We had offers from all over the country. He also helped us choose the best offer, sometimes it is not the most obvious. A month later the sale was closed.
