The realtor team of Brett Caviness and Don Straub recently helped us sell our house in Redwood City, CA, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. I met Don and Brett by referral and they immediately put me at ease about the sale of a family member’s home in the Mt Carmel area of Redwood City. There was a lot to do to prepare the home for sale and they guided every step. They brought multiple offers and negotiated a great sale that exceeded expectations. We recently sold two homes with Brent And Don. Their energy is contagious and their focus dead on. They offered to stage our home and did a wonderful job and their agency backed a loan to do work on both homes. Worked that added value. Brent and dan were always extremely responsive and overly professional. They sold our homes in seven and four days. Both had over asking this team gets an A+.
