Brett is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. Is willing to point out positives and negatives about various properties vs. a realtor that just opens doors. He negotiated with the sellers for us, he was always reachable. My family and I couldn’t be happier. I strongly recommend Brett to anyone looking for a realtor.

Working with both Brett and Alex has been such a great experience, from start to finish! Very knowledgeable and helpful, and wonderful with communication back and forth. Made our process fun and fast and we couldn't be happier to have worked with him and get us our new home!

Brett was fantastic from beginning to end. Being a first time home buyer it gets very overwhelming very fast and Brett was there to help every step of the way; answering any and all questions I had, being avilable any day of the week, giving me recommendations and things to consider when looking at houses and being able to work with my schdule. He made my first experence of buying a home very easy, and I would highly recommend him and his team.

I cannot say enough how wonderful it has been having Alex Klott as our realtor. He works great under pressure and had our home listed and photographed in the short and sensitive time frame we needed.
