So where to start on Brett’s services? Honestly, this review is a waste of your time because instead of reading this, you should be booking him as your next real estate agent! Recommend him 1000%. In depth review below: Rewind couple of months back, myself and the husband were desperately looking for a house in an extremely exorbitant market and weren’t having much luck with our previous agent. Anyway, we catch up with an old friend, mention our complaints about the market, and our friend tells us to look into his agent named Brett Ross that helped him close as a first time home buyer. Now making Brett our new agent was, by far, the best decision we had made. Right off the bat, Brett was prompt, strictly interested in our financial well-being, and always put our needs and criteria first! He was quick to show us houses, and worked extremely hard for us till the end and found us a new construction house/opportunity. We would still be renting an apartment, paying mortgage-level rent, if it wasn’t for Brett and his services/connections! In the end, Brett closed my house, my in-laws’s house, and is in process to find and close my parents’ future house. Please consider his services as you won’t regret booking him! I’ll leave a more detailed rating below. Thanks again Brett! Communications: 5?? One of the most crucial aspects of closing a house is the relationship between the client and the agent. Brett’s an awesome guy who made it his mission to find us a house. Brett never misses a phone call, was always prompt and professional with communicating, following up, and relaying info between differing parties. He understood exactly what we were looking for and was never annoyed at our indecisiveness. Patience is definitely his strong arm. Just an honest person whose really easy to talk to and is nowhere near being a pushy salesman only interested in making the sale. Services: 5 ?? Brett is very resourceful, and gets the ball moving. He was able to get us a pre-approval in hand in a timely manner which allowed us to put offers on houses in this wild market. He knew exactly what we wanted and had the right contacts to get us settled! Under services. He helped create attractive offers in light of our interests. Excellent follow up skills, was there every step of the way, even for private and builder inspections, and all meetings with the builder from design center to walk through. He Arranged for private inspector. Highly proactive every step of the way, and Prompt follow ups to all our questions whether pertaining to our house search, or, the questions between the builder and us after going under contract. Very punctual, and understands what one looks for in a house, and was able to find many options for us. No one could have helped us navigate the Covid real estate market better than him. Our search quickly ended in a brand new house that exceeded our expectations considering this volatile market. Overall: 5 ?? Like I’ve mentioned, I could go on and on about how awesome Brett has been to us but I’ll stop as you should’ve stopped reading and booked him by now! Highly recommend him to anyone whose looking to make the house-buying/selling/renting process easier in a market where ease does not exist. I worked with Brett Ross to purchase my first home and it was a great experience! His confidence and calm approach to the crazy process of home buying gave me comfort that I was in the right hands. Brett was SUPER responsive to texts and calls any time of day or night. He was also early to all appointments and extremely considerate of my time.
