We were connected to Cristina randomly through Zillow and it was honestly the fate! Cristina listened to our needs and found us some great houses which ultimately brought us to “the one”. She also prepared us for the sell of our house and provided us the resources we needed to stage our house beautifully. Cristina was extremely patient with us and potential buyers and went out of her way to make sure the negotiations came back in our favor. Cristina has done a phenomenal job at helping us find investment properties. She has gone above and beyond in negotiating and looking at options to help us get more cash to cash for our investment properties. Stefanie was excellent to work with. She was very knowledgeable of the local market and I particularly appreciated her responsiveness. The property had over 40 showings in little over a week and had a sale closed in just over a month from the date it was listed. She is definitely my go to agent for future properties and I have already recommended her to some of my friends.
