Working with Brian was an absolute delight from start to finish. We are first-time home buyers and he made sure to explain the entire process and make sure we truly understood everything. He's very knowledgeable in real estate and extremely patient when helping understand everything and showing us all of the homes we were interested in. In the beginning we did not know what we were looking for and Brian guided us towards homes that would fit our needs. We put in a few offers and Brian always worked hard to keep our offer competitive but not overextend ourselves just to get a home. He always kept our hopes up when an offer was rejected and made sure we knew that if a home was meant for us, we would get it. He was extremely good at communicating at any time of day and always made sure that we had all of the information that he did. When helping us purchase our home, he made sure to help us with counter offers with the seller to ensure that we were getting the best deal. Brian also has many great resources/contacts to help us even after we've closed. We will definitely be recommending Brian to any of our family and friends that are looking to buy/sell in the future.

We had the pleasure of working with Brian from 2021-2022, while we sold a home and built a new home. During the time of purchase agreement of new home, Brian guided us through options, which was helpful for our first time building, as well as a spectacular resource with all things getting to the point of building. Brian excelled during the time of selling our home. He navigated us through all that had to be done to get house ready for market, listing the house, as well going through offers we had. We don't plan on have to sell our current house anytime in the next 20 years, but if we do, Brian will be the first person we contact.

The experience working with Brian and his team was absolutely amazing! As this was our first home buying experience, Brian walked us through the whole process providing great in-depth details in a very digestible manner and ensured that we had all the best and up to date information. The entire team was extremely accommodating and timely throughout the whole process and were always very open with communication, no matter the time or frequency. It was clear that Brian was always on our side as the home buyers and was never trying to push us on anything, but instead listening and identifying what we were looking for in a home and what best suited us. As we saw a number of homes and put in a few bids, he was always going to bat for us with the sellers - he made sure we had the best terms possible in our offers and was working hard for us with the selling agents. As Brian had said many times you always end up with the home that was meant to be yours, and there is no doubt that this was true of our experience, as the home we bought was the one that we loved the most out of all that we had seen and we know he was integral in our the acceptance of our offer, especially in a very competitive market - and everything his team and he did was extremely appreciated! I also feel compelled to mention that we were looking to buy a home during the Covid-19 Pandemic and Brian and his team were very thoughtful about taking the necessary precautions to minimize any risk to us, themselves and others who were viewing homes.
