When we started searching for our home in NC we wanted to meet a very specific set of criteria to make sure it was everything that we wanted. April and Kaitlin from the Welcome Home Team were incredibly helpful and patient along the way! Once we found the home we wanted the process was so smooth and so fast that we even got to close earlier than expected. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional team to help get you through what can be a stressful time if you don’t have the right people to help you through the process!

I am beyond grateful for the exceptional service we received from Lauren, our amazing real estate agent, and Kaitlin, the transaction coordinator, throughout the entire home-buying process. From start to finish, they made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience feel completely seamless, smooth, and even exciting! Lauren, who is not only a great client and friend but also an incredible professional, encouraged us to consider purchasing a home even though we initially thought we would just continue renting. She knew exactly what we were looking for and believed she could help us find the perfect home. Not only did she meet those expectations, but she exceeded them by securing us a beautiful new build with amazing incentives. Best of all, we ended up getting money BACK at closing! In a process that can feel so overwhelming, Lauren Torino navigated us through it all with incredible knowledge, patience, and constant communication. At no point in time did we feel alone or neglected. Her preparedness, punctuality, and genuine enthusiasm not only kept us at ease with the purchase, but gave us assurance and excitement purchasing our first home as a family of 3. Lauren and I have already established where every Christmas tree will be placed throughout the home just in time for the holidays.
