Working with Wendy was amazing. She was extremely professional and helped us get our house on the market under a very tight timeline and brought us up to speed on everything we needed to know to get the house listed promptly. Once the listing went live, she was always available with any concerns or questions we had. As we started to get offers, she was super helpful for all information regarding the finer points of the different, competing offers we received and worked hard to get us the absolute best offer for the house. Her expertise made the entire sale process incredibly easy and we'd happily recommend her to anyone that is thinking of selling their home and doesn't know where to start.

We would highly recommend Wendy as an agent. She is highly knowledgeable about homes, the area, market, and most importantly families. There were many ups and downs on our home buying journey. During the down times Wendy always remained positive and confident. We found Wendy to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case. She made herself readily available any time, night or day when we needed to express concern and/or mitigate issues. We never felt neglected or unimportant. Wendy is fantastic at what she does, please consider her if you’re looking for an agent.

Wendy was an amazing real estate agent for me and my husband. We already had a house picked out but she did in depth virtual tours for us from across the country, we had many phone calls as she walked us through the inspection process, negotiating, and closing. Her knowledge and experience truly guided us in the right direction. All went very smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for a better first time home buying experience.

Sara did an incredible job as our realtor. As first time home buyers, we were nervous about navigating the buying process. Sara was an effective communicator and really debunked the myth that buying a home was complicated.
