Brian did an amazing job of helping us sell our house. We were under a short timeline and he was able to come in and quickly help us get our house staged and pictures taken very professionally. Brian and team were fantastic. It was a pleasure working with them. Brian offered excellent advice from timing of selling, what to fix and what to leave as is, and how to price just right. My wife and I easily saw how pricing our home just right got it sold quickly (within 7 days on the market in a tough market) and all thanks to the team's work and advice. Brian and team were absolutely the right choice for us to go with. We've also followed other homes around us and so how some of them have struggled to sell in short timing as they weren't priced correctly or showing as well (with some having to lower their asking prices).
