Brian was great through the whole process. He was able to communicate with us and help us understand more of the process with it being our first home. He was very quick and knowledgeable to all of our questions! He was able to keep the process moving on schedule even with the occasional speed bumb, so there were no delays in our closing date. We were very happy to have such a wonderful realtor.

Brian was absolutely amazing in helping us purchase our first home. He was extremely personable and very easy to talk to. He understood what we were looking for in a house and we could tell that he was very focused on helping us find the perfect house for us and not just looking for a quick paycheck. We actually went through the home buying process twice, having been under contract with one house within a few weeks of touring houses. Unfortunately, the seller had complications and the sale was terminated right before closing, which really crushed our spirits. But Brian helped us find an even better home and we went under contract and closed on the second home smoothly! Brian was extremely knowledgeable in the entire process. He made sure to explain every part in detail, helped us find a good home inspector, worked diligently behind the scenes with our mortgage company, and effectively communicated for us with the seller for any questions we had for them. He made the entire process from finding and touring houses to putting in the offer(s), all the way up to the day of close feel extremely easy and simple. Brian will absolutely be our go to realtor if we decide to upgrade in house in the future, and I will be recommending him to all my family and friends looking for houses in our area!
