Holly is wonderful to work with. She helped find our first house, sell our first house, and buy our current home. She has a wealth of knowledge of Blair County and surrounding areas. She always reads through documents, making sure there are no surprises for her clients. I would highly recommend working with Holly, she is very knowledgeable, quick to respond, and always has your best interest in mind.

Holly is an absolute lifesaver! We had just bought our new home in Hollidaysburg, done a lot of interior work, moved in for literally a week then found out we had to relocate for my husband's job. Talk about panic! We chose to work with Holly through our relocation company. I knew she was the one for us from the moment I met her. She is very personable and knows how to market real estate. Since I was staying behind to sell the house, she knew we were anxious to find a buyer and on the day the house hit the market she had lined up three showings! Holly kept me updated after each showing giving me honest feedback on how the showings went, what the potential buyers comments were, and where she felt their interest level was in the house. She even hooked me up with the right people to winterize the house when I left for the winter and who to use to open it back up for the new owner after the sale. Holly truly rocked our sale as we had an offer for our home two months after putting in on the market! Words just can't express how thankful we were that we had Holly as our agent! My husband and I first started looking at houses before we were married in 2013. Holly went out of her way to show us houses on any day that fit our schedule best. After a few weeks, we decided to just rent for now and buy a home later. Holly was very gracious with our decision and told us to contact her when we were ready. In 2015 we decided to look again! Holly knew what we were looking for and the research from both parties began! It wasn't long before we found the house we could make a home. Holly jumped right to arranging all of the details with the seller. We put an offer on the house in October, and were moved in before Christmas!! Holly was by far the best asset to home buying for us! She was very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend working with Holly 100 times over, and recommend her to all of my friends!

Holly was tremendous to work with. She was knowledgeable, knew the market in our region, and was available day or night to answer questions. She allowed my husband and I to look at homes without providing pressure to buy. She gave us the time we needed to find the home that was right for our family and was VERY patient as we looked! Holly is very professional and knowledgeable! She sold our home and found us our dream home in an ideal location. Holly would accommodate our busy schedules when needed. She provided excellent communication throughout the process. I highly recommend her!
