Oxana was exactly what I wanted in a realtor. She is a go getter; and in crazy markets, you need a realtor like that. We definitely were challenging clients due to the fact that we were selling a condo in northern Virginia during an unpredictable market. Oxana stuck with us the whole way. She even gave suggestions on things to do for our selling process. I would highly recommend Oxana for anyone looking to buy in the Hampton Roads area. She's incredibly knowledgeable. She works hard for her clients but also shows empathy for all other stakeholders to ensure the proper offer is made. While our experience with selling and buying a new place in a different area of the state was a roller coaster ride, it had nothing to do with Oxana's service and everything to do with the market. Ultimately, everything worked out perfectly. We found the perfect home for our family; and with Oxana's knowledge, we were able to make an offer and close with little theatrics. We thank Oxana from the bottom of our hearts.

Courtney is the absolute best agent you could have on your side. I met her by happenstance at one of her listings I was looking at. Within 15 minutes she had explained more things to me than anyone else had. I was nervous about the home buying process until I met her and her team. I instantly felt comfortable and safe. I never felt forced or like my best interest wasn't the main goal. At each home we visited she gave her honest opinion on the value, resale value, and overall condition of the home. She will NOT let you buy something that will not be a genuine investment. She got me the best deal as far as seller credits and price. I walked into my home with equity and most repairs on the PICRA completed. Obviously, she won't be able to do this every time BUT she will fight and try her hardest. She is an amazing agent and genuine human being. You will not regret your decision to use her as your agent!

Janet did an excellent of job showing me the house on my schedule, she kept me up to date through out the entire negotiations and purchasing process. She was very knowledgeable about the surrounding neighborhoods and comps.
