Cheryl did an awesome job helping me find a home. I had used her before and wanted to make a move. Of course she was the only Realtor I called. Her commitment to getting us the best home for the money along with her knowledge of the area made such a big difference. I liked a home I wanted yet Cheryl knew about flooding issues there. She has lived in the area all her life. It was so important to have her skills in various fields of real estate. She a great communicator and kept me in the loop until we were closed. I have also referred friends due to her expertise. Thanks for doing another great job for us.

Let’s just say I’ve worked with several Realtors yet Cheryl tops them all. Her professional standards is what sets her apart from the others. She was very knowledgeable and clearly puts the best interests of her clients above all others. In today’s market finding a home is difficult. There just wasn’t much out there. That’s when she told us she would try sending letters to see if anyone wanted to sell. We ended up winning a bid on one listed and couldn’t be happier. She also was available most all the time to assist with questions and details. We know we found the right person in Cheryl. When we make our next move it will be through Cheryl.

Cheryl is an expert. She really knows her stuff and she goes above and beyond. She really looked out for my fiancé and I during our home buying process. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.

Living here in New York and being a property owner in Virginia who was renting to a tenant, and after they decided not to renew their lease, I decided to sell. I felt this would not be an easy task since I lived in New York and was not able to travel to Virginia. R&W informed me Cheryl Talbot would be handling the sale. I was very impressed with our first conversation and I felt confident she would get the job done. Cheryl gave me sound advice and became my eyes, ears and spokesperson and took charge in handling everything with the contractors which included home repairs, bringing the swimming pool from green to clean, landscaping, walk-thrus and anything that was needed to get my house in good shape for sale. She kept me fully informed at all times with all details either by phone and/or email as to the progress being made and what was needed from me and how to proceed. The final results were excellent and I was extremely happy with the price I received from the sale. Cheryl is truly a remarkable person, very professional, trustworthy, hard-worker and knows her "business"; she is a definite asset to her profession and I would highly recommend her.

Cheryl was very knowledgeable about different cities we looked for homes in. She was patient and kind. We were very picky and the busy market meant we had a lot of competition when looking at homes. She gave us great advice about some improvements we could do before listing our first house and we were able to get it under contract in less than 24 hours!
