From the initial impression of their professionalism, the marketing materials, pricing of our house to sell, communication of their plans to sell our house, and the purchase of our new home – they were flawless in their efforts on our behalf. They had a team stage the house for the open house to make it look excellent in pictures, on websites, etc. Our house looked amazing and sold quickly. We relied on them for every aspect of the process, including vendors for the move, etc. I highly recommend Cari and Britt!

This is a long overdue thank you to Britt Austin and her team for being the BEST partners in home buying. We entered the market at a very competitive time, and she was patient, and so helpful in the entire process, from our first offer (went into a bidding war) to when we actually found “the one”. We weren’t in a huge hurry to buy and felt that we would know it was the right house when we saw it. We were looking in a wide range , including those outside of our budget to understand the market trends and what was available in a wide range of prices. When we walked into our home the first time, we knew it was the one for us. The only problem, it was almost $100k above what we really wanted to spend. I talked to Britt and she said let’s wait a week and see what happens. When it was still on the market, she reached out to the agent, and through her relationship with him, we came in with an offer that was within what we felt comfortable with and a number we knew they would look at. After a small back and forth, they accepted our offer. The only reason that we were able to buy our dream home was through Britt’s relationship with the other agent, her reputation in the community, and her experience in negotiating deals. Cari and Forrest were fabulous to work with from the very start of the home sale process to the finish. Cari and her associates are very professional: from listing to staging to closing. Cari is always there for you responding in a polite honest straight-forward manner. If you want your home listed and sold go with Cari Corbalis. My home sold in the 1st week it was listed for more than asking price and closed in 20 days with a all-cash offer. The buyers were impressed with the "move-in" quality of the home.
