Cari and Britt are an incredible team of real estate professionals whom we immediately identified as perfect for selling our deceased parents' home unlike any others we had already met. Upon meeting, their authentic warmth and empathy were felt along with their superb capacity to share about what we could expect in terms of the process of selling especially in the South Bay Market at that time period. We were on a very tight timeline to sell, and their responsiveness and action throughout were amazing in getting our home on the market and ultimately sold at a most fair valued price and particularly within our timeline. They were always available to us and oh so respectful and assuring to us given their expansive and deep knowledge and exquisite negotiation skills. I honestly do not have words to express my appreciation for each of them. I would not hesitate to refer any good client to them. In fact, I would love to do so.

From the moment we met Cari and Britt we felt at ease. They were professional and friendly, and listened to us carefully and thoughtfully answered questions.. Everyone on their team was outstanding, and whenever normal issues cropped up, they smoothed them out with the efficiency of a team that has worked together for a long time. Everything was priced fairly, and their estimates never changed. As our primary agent Cari handled all the hard parts, was an excellent negotiator, and just made the whole process easy. I highly recommend Cari and the team, if you’re thinking about them, just do it! We will be working with them again right away.

I had the pleasure of working with Cari to sell my Great Aunt's house as part of a trust sale, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. Cari and Britt were awesome in the sale of our townhouse and then finding us our perfect new house. It wasn’t the perfect time to sell - interest rates were high and the market kind of stalled a bit - but they hung in there and had open houses every week. So professional and knowledgeable. Very hard working. Can’t say enough. We were very well cared for. Highly recommend!!

I planned to move out of state and called Cari to evaluate my home. She helped friends of mine sell their homes recently who said her experience was invaluable. I was impressed that Cari and her team were top rated sellers in the nation for their agency. Cari and Britt's team was spot-on in prepping my property for the market. They had a list of painters, electricians, plumbers, handymen, etc., who provided estimates to help improve my sale price It was fantastic to have them handle getting repairs and work done to my property in a timely fashion. I had a lot of questions and concerns and Cari provided input in a timely manner. Cari knows how to price properties to sell. Within a week of my home being listed (in a tough market), I received multiple offers over listing price while other nearby properties lingered on the market.
