As a first time home buyer I was looking for a relator who understood my requirements, I could trust and someone with deep knowledge of the local South Bay market. Surbhi understood what I was looking for and was extremely patient as we were searching for the right home for me. Where Surbhi went above and beyond was during the closing period (mine was a bit challenging), where she also brought in Rahul for guidance. Their strong local network of the real estate ecosystem and creative thinking through their experience helped me address the small hurdles during the process. Even after closing on my home, I still reach out to Surbhi for any home related questions or advice - she is very approachable, responsive and helpful. Surbhi and Rahul are by far the best real estate agents i have met. They are really nice and caring and are also really professional, knowledgeable and patient. There could be no agents/brokers better than Rahul and Surbhi. They and their team are so hardworking, honest, very competent, and they really know their business. We had a long journey in finding our dream home but they assisted us all the way until we found the perfect home where we are residing now. Not only that they were our agents but we gained friendship in them. Highly recommended and trustworthy.
