In our 41 years of marriage we have purchased and sold many homes. Since selling a hope can often be the most challenging of the two processes, we can honestly say that Tracy Walsh is our favorite of all those we have used for this difficult job. Tracy has done an outstanding job of advertising, showing, and selling our home. In addition to the Zillow, she advertised for us in over 20 real estate websites. She used professional photography and a 3D virtual video tour to show our home. Going the extra mile, she also used social media advertising, open house, door knob flyers, and sent weekly emails to other agents in the market. We followed her well thought out advice for repairs on our home, but she kept in mind our budget, being conservative on her suggestions. Since we were living in an another state when our home was on the market, she did an excellent job of checking on our home and meeting those making repairs. She was also quick to give us feedback on the buyer comments. Showing her good judgement, Tracy has a throrough knowledge of the market and the wisest use of your resources. If you choose to use Tracy I am sure you will be very thankful for the decision you made. She will do all she can to make your home buying or selling a success!!

tracy is a hardworking patient and honest person, she went above and beyond what she needed to do for me, it made the home buying and selling process less stressful. i would highly recommend her for your real estate needs.
