If you are looking for a home in Pinnellas, Hillsborough, Manatee or Sarasota County…this is your man! I have purchased two properties with Bryan’s expertise and I could not be more satisfied! He is very knowledgeable about so many things regarding properties, is responsive seven days a week and he goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure your real estate experience is as stress free as possible. He is a hard worker and communicates with you throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions and calmed my nerves when I got anxious about anything! Another plus is that he also manages properties, should you be in need of that service. I highly recommend Bryan Manly! You won’t regret it! ??

Bryan was wonderful in helping us buy our forever home within Imperial Point. We have been trying to buy in this community for two years. Bryan helped us put the best bid (there were over 10 bids on the house) to get the house. I would highly recommend Bryan! In fact, he helped us buy our pervious house which was one of the reasons we decided to use Bryan again when looking for a new home.
