Don is a low pressure real estate agent. Tedious, patient, thorough, and pays attention to your needs. He looked after our house for 6 months after purchase before we could move in and was just awesome to work with. Will seek him out in the future to buy or sell.

Philip was the biggest help through this process! He was ALWAYS there for us when we had questions! He was easy to get ahold of at anytime, and got us in contact with great people for every bit of the home buying process! We will definitely be using him again and recommending him!

Philip was fantastic! He took the time to really understand what we were looking for in a home and the location we were looking in. We sent him some homes we were interested in and he did a great job of finding us other homes as well. Philip was on point with the entire process, maintained great communication, and helped us understand the home buying process as this was our first home. We actually found our perfect home on day TWO of working with Philip!! There were other offers on the house already and Philip was very spot on with all the financial advice he gave us and we ended up getting the house! We’ve heard that home buying can be stressful but Phil definitely made it a breeze! Highly recommended!!

Sandi was excellent. He not only was very responsive with communication but he also had a lot of market knowledge in the Areas I was looking at. He worked with me to find Ideal Areas to Buy in and gave me Valuable market insight I wasn't aware(being a full time commercial and residential investor as my Profession). I Have find out Integrity is a hard value to come by in the Industry where this man has it in spades. He set himself apart from pack between his integrity and Professionalism alone. Highly recommend working with this guy. It's not just about finding the deal you want, It's working with a person who's knows the process and represents you in the Most professional manner possible.

We can’t speak highly enough about Phil and the support he provided during our home purchase. When we were looking to purchase a vacation home, we sought out Phil who was referred to us by a friend that used him previously and had very positive feedback about the experience. From the very beginning, Phil was very responsive and took the time to understand our circumstances and figured out the best path forward for a property we were interested in. He even offered to inspect the property for us as well as take pictures and video during his walkthrough since we were far away and couldn’t be there in person. We had an extremely difficult seller throughout the transaction and Phil went above and beyond to support us while navigating between the seller, transaction, and other unexpected issues that kept popping up patiently and consistently. Honestly, we think that most real estate agents are useless and are only interested in pushing the paperwork to get their fee. We would say, without exception, that Phil is in that very small minority that actually cares to support his clients and will do so during and even after the transaction is closed. We wouldn’t use anyone else in the area and we have already recommended him to friends and colleagues. Thanks Phil, we look forward to working with you again!
