We are currently purchasing a second home with Bryce O'Brien. Bryce is the best realtor we've ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable about the business, and the area she works in. She also knows people and knows it's best to let her clients make their own decisions while guiding them along. She goes above and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING is taken care of. She has many contacts she works with that can take care of anything needed to complete a sale. Oh, and she's a very nice person!

Bryce is an amazing realtor, she helped us buy our first home and helped us sell it a few years down the road. She explained everything to us in detail, made sure we were making the right decisions and never pressured us. Both the buying and selling process went fairly quickly. I highly recommend her and would continue to use her if we were still in Colorado Springs.

Bryce was great to work with, was very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond what we expected. This was our first home we sold, which was very emotional for us, but Bryce kept us calm and really walked us through the whole process. She was there from the moment we placed our home on the market, until the day we closed, and even checked in with us afterward. We couldn't have done this without her!
